Inspired by Revered Gurujee Shree Chandrabhanu Satpathyji`s underlying  philosophy of  “Serving mankind is serving God”, varied  gamut of activities have been and are being undertaken by different charitable, social institutions across the globe to provide free medical help/facilities, educational opportunities/affording education to poor, organizing relief camps during natural calamities, sponsoring free medical treatment of distressed, providing help to poor etc besides spreading the message of humanism and compassion amongst all .

On the auspicious occasion of Revered Gurujee’s birthday on 24th   December 2011, Shree Shirdi Sai Peeth, Baripada had organized a “Free Health Check-up and Voluntary Blood Donation Camp” to propagate the message of serving humanity and to bond together as enunciated in Shri Sai Charitra by  Shirdi Sai Baba . A distinguished panel of doctors /  physicians specializing in medicine, gynacelogy , Pediatrics, Skin etc . had provided their services in this noble endeavor to approximately 1300 patients . The camp was supported by a team of medicine representatives of Mayurbhanj Chemist & Druggist Association, ORSU and OMRU, who distributed Free Medicines to all the visitors.  The camp started at 9 AM and continued till 4:30 PM. Around 136 people voluntarily donated Blood in the Blood Donation camp, supported by the Red Cross Society, Baripada.

Also, a PARAYAN of SHREE GURU BHAGAVATA was done by the female devotees of the temple.
