Release of Hindi book “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein”- collection of Hindi poems on Shri Shirdi Saibaba by Revered Gurujee

Under star studded auspicious gaze of Jyestha full moon light , on 4 june 2012 , Shri Nanda (Retd I.A.S) released the new delightful collection of Hindi poems titled “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein” authored by Revered Gurujee Shri Chandrabhanu Satpathyji admist huge applause of large gathering of Sai devotees , who have in the past greatly admired and appreciated His earlier Hindi book of poems titled “ Shri Sai Charan Mein” reflected in awe inspiring response from all music connoisseurs and Sai devotees in India and abroad to music-album CDs “ Living With Sai” (Times Music), “Aao Sai” ( Times Music), “Sai Nathay Namah Namah”(Sa Re Ga Ma) ,”Shriman Narayan Sai”(Sa Re Ga Ma) “Tubhyam Namami ” , which show cases beautiful melodious renditions of certain selected poems from His earlier works “ Shri Sai Charan Mein”, capturing the hearts of the listeners with brilliance of purity of experience of Self in words of a Master . Shri Nanda stated that the latest book of poems in Hindi “Shri Sai Sumerin Mein” mirrors the essence of Shree Guru in words of chosen child of Shri Shirdi Sai and impels the readers to seek the Master as depicted by experiences of Baba (Shree Guruji). “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein”, published by Visions Publishers, Bubhneshwar also has Sanskrit hymns / stotras penned by Revered Gurujee besides Hindi poems. The book “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein” was offered at the Holy feet of Shri Shirdi Sai .

The Chief Guests of the function , Shri Amulya Ratna Nanda (Retd I.A.S) & Smt. T.Y.Das (Joint Secretary) commenced the function by lighting the traditional lamp after offering pranams to Shri Shirdi Sai. Smt Jyotsna was also present during the launch of the book “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein”.

Smt T.Y.Das released two books during the course of the function-“Shri Shirdi Sai Ani Anya Sadguru”, Marathi version of Original English book “Shirdi Saibaba and other Perfect Masters”-authored by Revered Gurujee and the Gurumukhi (Punjabi) versioned “Baba- ki mein uttar devan” of original English versioned “Baba May I Answer”-authored by Revered Gurujee. Smt Varsha Tarkhad, has translated the manuscript into Marathi of the book “Shri Shirdi Sai Ani Anya Sadguru” .The Punjabi version in gurumukhi script of original English book of Revered Shree Chandrabhanu Satpathyji “Baba-May I Answer” was released for benefit of Punjabi devotees of Shri Shirdi Sai . Shri Ranjit Singh, Dean of Punjab Agricultural University has translated the manuscript in Punjabi .

Shri Nanda (Retd., I.A.S) released two books- the Punjabi versioned “Shri Shirdi Sai Baba ate hor sampurn sadguru” (Originally authored in English by Revred Gurujee as “Shirdi Saibaba and other Perfect Masters” and  the main Hindi Devotional song book “Sai Sumiran Mein

“ Shri Shirdi Sai Baba ate hor sampurn sadguru” in an endeavor to bring the teachings of Shri Shirdi Sai and other Perfect Masters to the greater number of Sai devotees of North India , whose simple teachings and path continue to inspire millions today .

The books “ Shri Shirdi Sai Baba ate hor sampurn sadguru” , “ Shri Shirdi Sai Ani Anay Sadguru” & Baba- ki mein uttar devan ” were offered at the Holy feet of Shri Shirdi Sai .

Addressing the gathering after the release of the two books, Smt T.Y.Das said that she indeed was overwhelmed by the grace of Shri Gurujee in privilege accorded to an ordinary being like her to release two books of Revered Master on Shri Shirdi Sai . She said that the teachings of Shri Sai in these books will connect people with Shri Shirdi Sai .

Speaking about Revered Gurujee’s work “Shree Sai Sumiran Mein” , Shri Nanda said that we all are aware that Baba (Shree Gurujee’s) works reflect the workings of Master established in Self and these poems evoke precisely these bhav ( effect on consciousness) . Since ages, the Masters have spoken about Self which is the root . Shri Shirdi Sai teachings reflect the same consciousness that is all pervasive and the essence of these teachings are imprinted on the minds of the readers of poems authored by Revered Gurujee . The sheer delight of beauty and bhav (ahalidini) emotions emanating from poems of Shree Guruji invoke a realm of bliss which is beyond words and we all have often experienced these spiritual bhav listening to the poems in form of song in the voice of Shree Guruji Himself in temples.

Shree Guru Nank Ji ‘s Shabds, Bani (in Shree Guru Granth SahibJi) mention the devotee to become Gurumukh. Shree Shirdi Sai and other Masters too preached the simple teachings of seeking the divine within. Indeed , the poems of Revered Gurujee shows the path of the divine Self as taught by Seers, Masters of yore in beautifully simple enchanting metre captivating the heart of a spiritual aspirant to seek the beautiful reality of Self.

“Padyapatre Madhyasya Jalavata gunatitaha atma

Dibya Niranjanatatwam Shri Sainathaha Shivatma ||”

(Meaning: The all pervasive Self remains unaffected like the lotus leaf in middle of lake ; the divine brilliance , consciousness , attribute-less (Self) Shivaatma is Shri Sai .)

Smt Urmil Singh , read out certain stanzas of selected poems from the collection “Shri Sai Sumiran Mein” treating the audience to delightful world of spiritual bliss and happiness in seeking reality of Shree Guru as experienced by the Master. The children of Sai Ka Angan temple of Gurgaon treated the audience to three Punjabi bhajans ( translated from original Hindi poems of Shree Gurujee into Punjabi) . The devotees partook langar prasad on this joyous occasion .
